TOS - TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, i assume you have read the TOS and you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:=>General terms• Be nice and respectfull.
• All drawings Will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
• Prices are subject to change based on demand
• The artist has the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.
• All Artwork Will be provided digitally.
• Be clear, provide neat references and specific information about what you are looking for so i can do an accurate work.=>PaymentCommission can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. No work Will be done after sketch without the full payment. Payments Will only be accepted in Paypal. Don't send me any payment before i accepted your commission and i requested to send me the payment
The client is not allow a refund once i recieved the payment, unless there is an error from my part or for any reason i am unable to start your commission. Be sure and think before you buy the commission.=>Deadline and deliveryThe artist will NOT take on commissions that have a strict or short deadlines and the client is not flexible on them.
The artist will give a general indication of how long the commission will take to complete, and when the client can expect to recieve the finished piece.
The artist will inform the client regularly the progress and if changes to completion times have occurred. The artist is not obliged to explain reasoning behind extensions or delays, but will often do so out of courtesy.
The artist will notify you when i started on your commission.
The artist will make reviews with you to make the work more accurate.
The time it takes to finish your piece varies depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece (1 week - 2 months). It could be more depending on factors such as health, other work. All artwork will be provided digitally and sent to the email address provided (paypal email) unless otherwise specified.

Keep in mind that my commissions are my way of advertising. If for any reason you will require that i NEVER post the commissioned artwork you will have to pay a "Privacy Fee of $25+ depending on the commission.
The artist retains the right to the produced artwork and also the full copyright for any preliminary design and work made in the creation of the commission.
Therefore the artist is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Promote myself with it.
• Display it everywhere (Social media, Websites, etc).
• Post it wherever i want.
The client is allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece for personal use.
• You may upload it on social media profiles, forums, etc, as long as the artist name is prominently displayed with the artist @ for social media accounts.
• Print the artwork or claim the character(s) as their own (in case they are Ocs), but not the artwork itself
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way).
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
